for anyone thinking "lucky fecker" if it makes you feel any better, I just got given my 1 months notice today (again, 2nd time in 6 months, despite doing a good job. Oh the joy of IT contracts in a recession) so if anyone wants to swap me my code for a decent IT job I'd be happy to hand it over.

on the GOW3 front, did anyone else have trouble with free space? I have one of the original 60gb PS3's and it's been tight for space for quite a while, but I had to get up to 6gb free to download the demo. tried it with over 5.7gb and it wouldn't even download till i removed some more stuff.

had to delete some good (and paid for) stuff to make room for it.

Played it. Really awesome.

Very good, intense combat. Nice mix of gameplay with the platforming and flight sections. It looks superb, wonderful lighting, texturing and image quality. I was worried it was going to take some time for something to come along that holds up to Uncharted 2, but this accomplishs that nicely And it's an old demo too.

Great, satisfying demo that left me smiling ear-to-ear

If you import the GOW 1&2 collection from the US next month you get a code for the demo aswell. I think you need to have US PSN account for that though.

Pretty good and enjoyable. Considering the demo is from E3 last June I'd imagine the final game will be pretty stunning.

Demo is fairly gruesome and bloody - certainly not for kids.

Only recently got into the God of War series as, for some reason, never had an interest in it in the PS2 days but recently got Chains of Olympus for the PSP and it is superb. I've ordered GoW I&II Collection and can't wait for it to get here. And then with GoW III in March :D

Seriously, I loved GOW when it first came out. The slappers at the start then the big sea monster was awesome. The greek mythology really sold it for me.

Hello people I'm just back from a very enjoyable weekend with my GF to the fantastic news that there is a GOW3 demo. The not so fantastic news is that I DIDN'T GET IT! What the hell, as a long time supporter of the sony brand, PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP,Bravia TV,Sony surround sound and probably a few walkmen and discmen thrown in over the years where the feck is my code?:mad:I demand a code Mr Sony man.
Anyone know where i can get one:)
