Anyone else find this a pain in the arse that chalk is not allowed?

Its really hard to deadlift without it, i tried gloves and they just make gripping the bar even harder.

Whats the solution, do people use liquid chalk?? I dont really see many people in there even attempting the deadlift.

Liquid chalk's a good option, Esse.

TBH I find Liquid chalk is superior to normal chalk. Also has the benefit of no mess too.

Liquid chalk +1. Don't ask your gym if you can use it. Same thing if bringing a camera in to video your lifts.

You can get liquid chalk in outdoor stores. Look in the climbing section. Try Decathlon if there is one near you.

I got two bottles back in March(?). The first one just ran out last week - that is with two people using it multiple times per week. It lasts for ages!
