Just finished putting together my kit. Ordered some stuff from mick k on tuesday. I must say what a pleasure it was to deal with them. I got a heavy power rack a high low pulley 180kg weight and a bech. The stuff is of really high quality and relativity simple to assemble...although those rubber legs took more skin from me than changing the clutch in a bmw :P

for anyone looking for stuff mick k is your man

also forgot to say i would have had next day delivery if the couriers had not been full...

    Thanks mick!

A few quid, a rubber mallet, a socket set and hey presto, you have a home gym in 2 days. Irish Lifting are simple to deal with and are great value.

I'm not just bigging up Mick and Co. I just believe in credit where credit is due and Irish Lifting are a great Irish company who do business really well. We have lots of stuff of theirs in the gym and we'll keep coming back.

Yeah, good to see more people buying from irish-lifting. I'd say there were hardly any power cages sold for domestic use in Ireland before Mickk came along!

Speaking of buying power racks, what do you guys think of this from ebay:

    http://cgi.ebay.ie/POWERLINE-POWER-RACK-squat-barbell-press-weight-rack_W0QQitemZ130336582470QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Strength_Training?hash=item1e58aa6b46

(IrishLifting are out of stock of regular power racks at the mo). This one is a good bit cheaper, even taking P&P into account. Even though I would prefer to deal with IrishLifting, this is cheaper, appears similar, and I don't have to wait a month.

    Any thoughts?
