    Hey I play in the frontrow with a club in cork and I never know what foods I should be eating so if you can help me that would be great and if you give me ideas on what to eat at breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack thanks

    Bascially what you need is good quality food such as , porridge,fruit,potatoes,wholewheat bread and pasta, brown rice for you carbohydrate sources and lean beef,fish,cottage cheese,eggwhites for your protein sources and for your fats eat raw nuts and plenty of fatty fish

    You can supplement with whey protein and creatine monohydate to give you that extra boost if your training hard but they are not necessary
