Bought a can of 3 Bean organic salad today (just chicpeas, pinto beans & soy beans & water) brought it home and did my usual to make it nice. But reading the can, there has to be a mistake. It says per 100g, 10g of carbs, 7g of protein & 1.8g of fat. Now this dosnt make sense to me as from what i can see, those 3 beans/peas all have a far higher carb/protein ratio that 10:7. Anyone able to shed some light on it for me?
