diet/protein/flaxseed oil mixed up help

    hello,

    i need a lot of advice, today i have started taking flaxseed oil, a new healthy me and all that, i weigh about 16/17 stone. I want to loose a lot of weight and as fast a possible but i dont want to go to the gym as i am very sell concisious . i also want to build a bit of muscle and all that what advice would you give me and should i take protein shakes or weigh protein etc. my diet is very bad junk food, fizzy drinks, takeawys and my portions are massive. so could any help me with my diet too. please help me with these problems becuse i am not comfortable in my body at the moment please help.

    How do you expect to make muscles bigger by not using them? And how can people help you with your massive portions, if you're the one serving them?

    Edit: Just realised you've been here before about the same thing. Did you read the stickies like people told you to?

    You posted here in July saying you were 20 stone and are now 16/17 stone so thats a drop of 3 to 4 stone in 3 months. And you are asking for advice on how to loose weight???? You should be writing a book on it!!!

    flax seed oil is good but fish oils are better. I think you just need to get outside your comfort zone and just go walking etc

    and would it be better to phrase the 'my portions ARE massive' and change it to 'my portions WERE massive' otherwise you are still doing the stinkin' thinkin' of keeping the same faulty mindset that unless changed you will remain the same.

    Pain is a great motivator so if you keep going back to the same junk foods you possibly are not feeling like you actually need to change yet???

    Small steps my friend just take small steps every day and day on day you will feel and look better
