I was thinking earlier of a challenge to set myself. 30 days communication free. Well, as much as possible. This would mean: No internet or texts. The exception would be for work purposes (emails and calls only)

Well I'm thinking that it'd take a lot of time and effort to clock up those numbers. These posters are either doing it on work time or on their own time. If the former, it suggests someone who doesn't like their job very much (or alternatively someone who's work-shy). If the latter, it suggests someone who isn't getting out that much (or alternatively someone who's naturally introverted). It seems a little compulsive to me and not at all healthy.
