was looking for a net nanny type of program for a friend of mine but none are available for ce. is there a way to add sites into internet options or something that you can't view or even better a list of allowed sites. the browser is internet explorer and its running under ce 5. its an otic mini notebook. thanks

    yip OpenDNS is handy allright

if it's only a few sites you could add them to the hosts file with an ip address of 127.0.0.1

you could also do it via a proxy.pac / wpad.dat script, but that's a lot of work

while you could get firefox for CE you would still have to setup a net nanny for it - probably an extension and also disable IE too
