Mr Olympia 2009 on sky 281 now!

    I have just seen that the mr olympia 2009 is on LA Muscle TV (sky 281) now till 7

    Missed that but now watching "hard training Dean Ash Back & Biceps"!

    It was during the break when I posted and when it came back it wasn't the actual olympia but interviews at the expo. My favourite was the model who was working at the gaspari stand, she was eating chips and when asked what her routine was like she said she dances go-go every weekend and doesn't go to the gym at all. The presenter didn't realise she was just a skinny model who is draughted in for any type of expo and had no interest in fitness...

    Lol, yeah she was funny. There were some complete muppets interviewed on it! Bit dissappointed there was no parts of the show.

    There was a good program called the Bench Press king or something along those lines last week, I'm sure it will be repeated soon.Most of the programs aren't the best really but i suppose its the first channel to be purely dedicated to fitness so it can only get better.
