Just wondering considering getting one of these for a family member for christmas as he has become obsessed with losing weight and toning up. See them advertised early in the mornings on tv and found a website where you can order them. Im just wondering if anyone has tried these and are they worth the money. Im not sure if you can post a link to the website but i will and sorry if your not allowed. So if anyone can give some more information would be great.

Judging from the ads they have on they seem very good. They were extremely popular, in the US in particular so I'd say it is very reliable and a great gift. However, when I tried to purchase one earlier in the year, they said teh AB KING PRO was discontinued and there's a new one out-maybe someone could confirm that?

If it is someone very unfit, who otherwise wouldn't do anything, then yes, go ahead. However if it's for someone who is a bit fitter, then a good swiss ball will do everything the ab king pro will, and a whole lot more. You get the same range of motion for crunches and curls, but also the option to do all sorts of other things, like hyper-extensions (brilliant for keeping lower back strong), press-ups, hamstring curls, bridges, or even just bouncing on them.

I have also seen the ad for this, have you ever read the small message which pops up every now and then stating that continual use of the ab king will have no effect at all. why not get them a months trial in the local gym, or a session with a trainer. Transform loves the ab king:D i recently saw a video he posted about his love for it;)
