    One of my friends is staying at the post grad place by denehy's cross, says its a complete disaster of a place. Says the builders are there from 8-6 banging and drilling throughout the day and its like a bombsite. Said there's wires and tools left lying around on the stairs and its a health and safety hazard. She's not happy as being a post grad she was hoping for a quiet place to study.
