    Doing it myself. Find it very good. Didn't follow it strictly from starting with bar only but getting gains every workout about half way through. My plan is to go through the 3 months of it to build a good base to move on with.

    I don't stick to the same extra lifts etc. such as the crunches and prone bridges. I also do standing rows instead of the inverted row.

    Theres a few people doing them in the fitness logs section also if you look around. If you follow the following link you'll find a heap of other threads on it.
