May be a little naff but Magnum's 308 GTS - the first car i lusted after. Astonishingly beautiful design, reached it's ultimate expression in the mid '80s 288GTO.

Overall though this (back from the days when Astons were REAL cars not some pop-culture marketing wheeze):

My favorite Bond car because it's slightly obscure.

As a kid i loved the Bandit's Trans-Am and Knight Riders later version. Those cars appeared in so may cop shows - Jim Rockford had a Camero (same car), Ponch from CHiPs had a trans-Am that he bought off an owner who was selling it for a couple of dollars, Simon & Simon had a Camero... My car-related knowledge of '80s TV shows scares me:o!
