Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had any experience or could give me more info about gyms in Mallow. So far I have only been able to find the GAA complex and the Hibernian Hotel gym - but would like a few more to compare prices and facilities. Thanks in advance :)

The G.A.A complex and Hibernian are the only 2 gyms worth bothering with in Mallow.
There used to be a Curves but that is now called AD fitness, dont go anywhere near it!
The G.A.A complex is cheap and cheerful but with inexperienced staff (if you can find any!)
The Hibernian is more expensive but has much better staff that will get you results if you follow their advice.
It's a no brainer if you ask me.
