I'm the opposite too, the skinny look just doesn't do it for me, I'd be more into more stocky guys, medium build at least.

I'd certainly perfer a "chunky monkey" over a skinny boy...anytime I see a guy who I think is kinda cute, but way too skinny (imo!), I just want to feed him!
Nothing nicer than snuggling into a guy who you feel could take on the world (and win!)...wouldn't get that feeling with a skinny guy!

I like tall skinny guys, not so skinny that i could break him in half, but nicely skinny. Lanky if you will (think Gary Lightbody...nomnomnom) I hate musceles of any kind! Biggest turn off ever!!

Skinny is a huge turn off, I like a guy to be bigger than me at least. However I don't tend to go for muscly, rugby types either. So I guess somewhere in between, medium build but no beer guts please!

I'd say slim, rather than skinny, no excess weight basically. I'd take skinny over chubby. Slim waist, decent ass, broad shoulders, nice arms, helloooo :cool:
Height is more of an issue for me, I don't think I could be with someone shorter than me, I'd just feel enormous, but at 5'5 1/2 that's pretty unlikely anyway!

Butch seems an odd word as butch is as much a description of attitude as looks. But I prefer a well built man, broad shoulders and strong arms would be my favourite feature of a man's body. (Well 2nd favourite;))

I don't mind about height, I'm only 5'1" so pretty much every man over the age of 12 is taller than me.

I used to think there was an element with a lot of women, that they didnt like the idea of a guy being smaller than them, from a self conscious thing. So a bigger woman would go for a stockier bloke. Meh, I was mad wrong in a lot of cases. I know a size 20+ lass that loves stick insects. Hell she thinks I'm too padded:D. I know a size 8 that likes slightly pudgey guys. I would say that few like obvious muscles though. Anything beyond lean put most off. That has surprised me over the years.

I would say generally though that like tends to attract like. Most couples are kinda on the same page size wise. A lot even match facially too. Might not be obvious though. Read a great article that looked at successful couples and matched their faces. they looked different to the untrained eye, but when their faces were overlayed, eye distance, forehead size, distance between lip and nose, length of nose all matched remarkably. Well weird.

1. fit into their jeans
2. hoodies are way too big
3. you fit under their arm properly when your walking
4. When they hug you you feel tiny.

I'm not fat or anything, but at the same time I don't think I'd like to be with a guy who was skinnier than me! My boyfriend is pretty big, from heavy physical work and lots of swimming, but it's totally muscle and no fat at all - I love it! At the same time it's kind of bulky muscle rather than defined muscle. I like a guy who's able to effortlessly sweep me off my feet! He's also a good bit taller than me, even when I'm in heels, I like that too.

At the same time I've been with a few skinny fellas in the past, I wouldn't necessarily write someone off straight away because of their build.

I went out with a butchy guy, quite big in size, he was quite overprotective and a bit obsessive, and that completely put me off butchy guys. It's a complete turn-off for me now. Funny how those things change you for life.
