Sorry but with the search function O/O/O these things are a pain in the arse.

Kev (or any other TF ppl) fancy hooking up to bring me through a power cleans session?.

I've never done 'em before, I'm fighting in the Irish (Judo) open in three weeks and want to include 'em into my routine.

Up there tomorrow evening early. I'd say I'd be arriving at 5pm. I have done exactly 8 power cleans in my life but if you want to listen to what I have to say then no worries! Hanleycakes usually make an appearance of a Friday so he might be there at a later time if that suits. He's been pretending to be an olympic lifter longer than me

Been busy with real life buddy.... 9-10 hour consistent work days and my own training are making things hard. The bank holiday Monday might suit??

I just do it cos it's fun!!!! I'm actually not sure if I'll be around tomorrow or not tbh. Depends on how a few tthings go!!

Bank holiday monday doesnt suit me until about after 7pm, ill be training late cause of work, Its annoying! i have more time to train when im in school than when im off!
