Bottle of Lucozade after workout

I'm currently working out 4 times a week, doing this program
    http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_repair/designer_athletes#
I'm not a noob. I'm 85 kg now, trying to get bigger and stronger but without adding too much fat. Currently Im taking creatine and protein immediately after my workout, and drinking a bottle of Lucozade. Is this ok? Or is there too much sugar?
    -266 kcal
    -carbs-64.6
    of which sugar 51.7

I always have another big meal about an hour after this one, usually rice and meat and veg. My diet is quite high in carbs already. which is why im concerned. Should I just make do with a banana or something instead?

    What's your body fat % ?

The thing about that much sugar is it pretty much turns to fat as the body can do sweet f all with it unless you are burning it all off.

I think what Entrepreneur is trying to say is... whats your current diet and training like?

Im not sure about my bodyfat. Id say about 14%. Arms and legs look good but still a bit of fat around the midsection.
latest stats are- squats (real ones) with 127kg for 3x5
    deadlift- 170 for 4 x 5
    bench- 80 for 5 x 5
Pull ups with extra 7kg 5x5

Those are my main exercises, one each day. then I do accessory work. Does this entitle me to my beloved bottle of Lucozade after each workout? I could give it up, but some people here recommend that RAM stuff after a workout, and that has something like 70grams of sugars in it. I'm not sure what to do.

Watch out for bananas too. High in carbs in case you're looking to reduce your carb intake. Average banana has around 17 grams of carbs in it (without the skin, 40grams with skin).

PS: If you're training hard 3/4 times a week and still carrying a bit too much, you might want to reduce your carb intake.

Hmm, I also said that I wanted to get bigger and stronger, just not any fatter. The only way I know how to do that is by eating piles of pasta and rice and protein and milk! I'd be lost without my carbs! I really wouldn't know what to eat. I mean, I always have fats such as nuts or fish oils before I go to bed but they don't feel like real food at all!

if you are working HARD in the gym, especially when it comes to weights, and lifting to failure or close on multiple body parts then a bottle of lucozade, or banana PWO wont make you fat ... i wouldnt worry about it .. personally i would prefer to get that sort of sugar hit from sweets or something .. it seems like a waste to drink it ...

    Who eats the skin?

I saw a lot of Australian lads do that. Wouldn't be my cup of tea.

i'd switch from the fizzy lucozade to lucozade sport.
try not to drink the carbonated one.
I have a bottle of lucozade sport during a workout and a post work out drink, RAM (currently Surge).
