Directions
From Cork.

Head for Bandon, Clonakilty
As you pass through Bandon head for Clonakilty
Just out of Bandon is Old Chapel.
Turn left at Old Chapel signed Timoleague (landmark closed petrol station)
Then take 2nd left (landmark -Ash Tree pub on your right) DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST TURNING SIGNED TIMOLEAGUE.
Landmark -pass Cross Mahon pub and continue straight on.
Continue along this road (where it forks take left fork)
Landmark - Ariel masts on right, keep going.
At staggered cross roads with metal gate turn LEFT. You will see a terracotta coloured bungelow on your left.
Farren Woods are on your left, enter woods at yellow and black barrier. It should take you less than 10 minutes from Bandon to get to woods.

Every two weeks basically.

Plus we have challenged a couple of teams to "home and away" matches.

the islands of farren and saber are at war over plans by the army of farren to build chemical weapons
the goverment of saber fear a bioligical attack from their neighbours so decide to attack & destroy the ilt by the chemical lab being built by the farren army.
at 10.30 on the 28 of feb,the saber army invade farren island.they quickly capture the beach & an outpost on the east side of the island.
their mission is to locate the chemical lab and destroy it and capture all plans and designs for chemical bombs..

*saber army
1.set up base of opperations &supply dump on east side of island..
2.locate farren army base,power plant,&chemical lab..
3.destroy power plant.
4.capture brief case containing plans & drawings the destroy chemical lab.
5.capture enemy troops.
6.rescue of friendly forces held by farren army

*farren army
1.to locate enemy forces
2.to defend power plant & chemical lab
3.destroy enemy base &ammo dump
4.capture of enemy troops
5.set up an ambush on advancing force.

gates open at 8.30. sign in and weapons check begin at 9.30
teams sorted and head to bases on later then 10.30
game starts 11.00

all extra weapons ammo,food,water,and any other gear wiil be carried by player to their base
the car park and porto cabin are out of bounds during game ..
respawn will be a rooming medic system and respawn area.

a player can be medic healed 3 times then must return to home base to respawn (regardless of how far away it is)
positions ot ammo dumps,bases etc will be explained on the day.
team will be given a map of the area

Very impressed with the marshalling and (from what I saw) the honesty of all the other players on the day - that's what keeps hard-core airsofters coming back for more.

Sorry for late response, BUT I have to say that my first experience of the site last Sunday was Brilliant, I loved All the areas, especially the Felled area, there was some class action out there. The marshalling was excellent & the player honesty too. I will be back but WITH more mates,
