that looks all arms tbh. pretty **** considering he has access to the best of the best.

the rest of the stuff hes doing dont look the best either, but im no expert.

maybe thats why he only came third in the TdF this year .

Well he normally weighs in at like seven kilos, someone should put a stopwatch on him to find out how long it takes him to get 'big'. Serio folks he'll be doing bodybuilding comps by the end of next summer, I betcha.

This looks like some great training. The first exercise i'm not sure about but guess it's the hips that does the flick, the arms aren't really doing the work. The side lunge i never knew about, really good way to strengthen the adductors i suppose. And the step up on the box is pretty standard for the quads, better than a boring squat and more specific to the muscles for cycling up hills.

It doesn't look like he's sure about the first exercise either, his arms are doing pretty much all of the work!

are you out of your mind!! He has the best help in the world and he does cleans as well as a guy doing them with no instruction on day one!

The rest is standard enough though.

He is an amazing athlete and would love to see training vids for prep for next years tour

    While we're at it...

To embed clips you need to remove the start, and only put in the bit after the equals sign.

Hope I don't get abused for this but:

Sprint intervals with weights = good/bad?

Well at least he has a sense of humour about himself - that feed the warrior clip is excellent!

    with a sled = good
Holding a pair of dumbbells and running ala pumping them like a power walker = not good

    Farmers walk = great

squats/kettlebell/deadlifts swings and then sprints = excellent (and as you can see the ladies can hit it hard also!)

and some thrusters and sprints = excellent
