Does this ever happen to anyone else?
Quite often it happens me that as soon as I go to bed I fall asleep, and then have quite a vivid dream - usually a very bad one (sorry can't remember any in particular)...
Then I wake up and find the time is very soon after I went to bed! After that I have trouble sleeping (not because I'm worried about the dream but just don't feel tired now)

i know that kind of dreams..in my case its because i have a lot trouble or problems to solve...
