Anyone know a brand of whey protein that's vegetarian? Most of them should be, but is there one that definitely is?

    Cheers

I don't really understand the question. Whey is derived from milk, so it's a bit like asking for vegetarian milk, no? Not being a smart arse here.

Yeah, sorry I should have been a bit more specific. If it is pure whey protein isolate, it should definitely be vegetarian, but some companies add maybe 2% bovine serum or stuff like that which would mean the final product might not be. I'm trying to find out if there is one that definitely doesn't have additives like this?

Ah, ok, gotcha. I use these. They're all marked vegetarian. Hope that helps.

Have you tried pea or rice proteins instead of whey? You can pick them up online or in most health shops. It's good to change up your protein powders sometimes anyway.
