Right, I'm 17, 85 kg (175lb), and around 5'8, looking to generally lose some weight by Summer really.
Haven't joined the gym yet, going to after christmas, e55 seems a bit of a waste for 2 months to be honest . Went for the first time with a mate, who's doing Health Sciences and Physiology, everything he said, went straight over my head :pac:.

Erm, any advice on what excercises I should do to lose weight and hopefully gain some muscle mass, and a rough diet plan, I've read the stickies, numerous times, but my stomach isn't made for oily fish or nuts :p

Went to the gym for the first time as I said, went on the treadmill for 20 mins, building up to 6mph for like 10 mins, was like a raspberry afterwards. Then did some resistance thingie-ma-bobs, 3 sets of 9 on : *Xcuse me lol* , the one where you push out, then where you pull it towards yourself and finally 3x 9 of 5kg free weights.

Diet is pretty crap, going to start proper this week,, trying to eat more fruit, and less fried sh!te though.

    Cheers for the help. :D

€55 a month for twelve months is €660, you sure about this? For €660 It'd want to be the best damn gym in the known universe.

Look there's an old thread over here,

It's in the I.T. so it's e55 from September to December, but I only started going last week.
