Please help with me weight loss

Hi all, I'm 5ft 5 and currently weigh 78kg. In the past 7 months I have lost 16kg and am still losing at the moment but just wondering is there anything that I could do better or can you guys see am I doing anything wrong. A rough days diet for me is:

Breakfast- 2 wheetabix with skimmed milk and a banana.

Lunch-wholegrain wrap with either hummus, chicken or tuna and salad or
home made veg soup with some water crackers and philadelphia extra-light

Dinner- chicken and veg, spaghetti with wholegrain pasta, chicken fajitas or something similar.

I try not to snack in between meals and usually have my dinner before 7 in the evening. I also drink about 2 ltrs of water a day and usually have diet coke about three times a week.

In terms of exercise, I go to a gym and my workout usually is:
Mon- Spin followed by step aerobics
    Tue-Spin and a tone class
    Wed-Step aerobics
    Sat-Step aerobics and salsa aerobics

The classes are very high impact and last for an hour each. I also try and do the elliptical or the stair master a couple of times a week.

Thanks everyone for getting this far! Anything I can do differently?

Doing weights along with your cardio will cause your metabolism to increase and help with fat burning

Someone more knowledgeable than me, I'm sure will be along to offer some advice, but just wanted to say congratulations, that's an average of just over 1lb per week, which by all accounts is a great level of weightloss.

If it's still working for you then keep it up, but that's a lot of exercise to be doing, and all aerobic work I'd imagine would put quite a stress on joints etc, maybe someone could offer a more beneficial exercise plan for you?

Just realised that I made a spelling mistake in the title-I worked the night shift last night so should have slept before trying to type:)

Thanks for your help so far. I was thinking of maybe trying to incorporate weights maybe three days a week-I do the hour long class on tuesdays so maybe if I do them thursday and sat? In terms of all the cardio, I really enjoy the classes so I don't really want to give up any of them-I wouldn't mind adding on some other things though. Thanks again!
