    Guys & Girls;

    A lot of people in this forum are either working in gyms or are members of gyms / PT studios / sports clubs.

    I'm trying to promote Movember throughout the Irish Leisure Industry this year and I'd like as many gyms to take part as possible.

    I'm not involved with movember officially but I reckon there is a great link between mens health and gyms etc.

    I'm doing it in the gym i run and it would be great if there was some friendly rivalry in the 'tash growing'!

    Log on to Movember.com and register a team / individual and request a party pack which has everything you need to get involved.

    Finally - let me know if your club / gym etc are getting involved.

    Peak Health, bray are doing it - can you defeat the might of the Peak Health mo Bro's?
