Ankle Injury

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I wasn't sure where to post.

I play a lot of sports (training and matches 6 or seven days a week) and have recently injured my ankle.
Its just a constant pain at the front of my ankle, especially when running, kicking and turning.
Its not unbearably painful but there's something wrong, i've had it for about a month or two and have been taping it up for support when playing (hoping it would just go away)
I'm not sure if it will go away by its self now.
Does anyone know what this is?
Any advice about cause/ treatment/ etc. would be great!
    Thanks.

You really need to see a doctor about that.
