Questions about Stronglifts 5 x 5

    I was wondering what other people were doing for the additional work after the main lifts as I have no bar for chin-ups and amn't too worried about abs at the moment. I seem to end up doing random bits and pieces and would prefer to have a structure with weights that would compliment my lifts.

    The other question I have is related to what i'm lifting as it seems quite out of sync. and I was wondering if I should try concentrate on

    My bench is 56kg 5x5
    Press 34kg 5x5
    Squat 50kg 5x5
    Deadlift 100kg 1x5

    I'm 5'10 72kg

    The reason they are like this is that I just started off on what I could actually do instead of bar only to start. I only realised I should be starting with bar only after 2 weeks and don't want to go back.

    Also does it matter much that i'm using a standard 5 foot bar and not an olympic bar and weights?
