    Ah no way is Carlow the forgotten county, hear a good bit about what goes on down there, maybe just saying this because its close by though. For me it has to be Leitrim though, had trouble once convincing a friend that it was actually a county.

    Went to College there, the best little county there is!! Still go down the odd time to relive my youth!! :D Had the best time there, hated leaving!!! Also has some great pubs and alot of them!!! GO CARLOW!!!!!!

    Carlow is home to the republics oldest microbrewery. They make the best stout in Ireland as far as I am concerned. They are also pushing Cask Ale back in to the country and delivering new beers via cask to the Bull and Castle in Dublin, where we beer lovers drink it all up and ask for more :D

    Carlow is excellent for that reason alone.

    Carlow kicks ass, it has one of the best clubs in the country if you can pack it out. It's called the Foundry. Nice place!!! I got pissed there for 48 hours straght. Good times.
