nervous about making supplements

    hey all i know this may seem silly to some (all) but i am nervous about taking supplements,

    I am 76kg 23 180cm , I was 110kg and lost loads of weight, so i am nervous that taking supplements equals extra carbs and calories and i will put back on weight, I know this may seem silly,

    I train 4-5 times a week, I bought Maximuscle Creatamax Extreme today,
    should i use it, i wanna put on muscle, put i still have a bit of a belly i loe to get rid of,

    Should i try to loose more weight first and then take supplements?

    You will need to be aware of the extra calories and factor that into your daily deficit. As for the carbs, it is possible to get very low carb whey powders (I get mine at www.myprotein.co.uk)

    Also, only take the supps when you need them ie: Post work out or perhaps some whey with your oats in the morning.

    more important question - post up your current training program - weights in particualar.

    Creatine would have been the last supplement i would have recommended. Fish oils and a good whey protein powder are vital

    Treadmill 15mins running
    Bike 10mins
    Rower 10 mins

    Chest Press 3x10 35kg
    Upperback 3x10 35kg
    Leg Curl 3x10 40kg
    Leg Extension 3x10 40kg
    Shoulder press 3x10 8kg
    Bicep Curls 3x10 10kg
    Tricep Dips 3x10
    Lat Pulldown 3x10 40kg

    AB Curls 3x10

    Calf stretch
    Thigh Stretch
    Back of Leg Stretch

    Also 40-60min walk

    Tuesday Thursday Saturday


    Treadmill 15mins running
    Bike 10mins
    Rower 10 mins
    Standing Single Arm Ext Rotation
    Plank
    Side Plank
    Lying swissball lying leg curl
    Single Leg standing calf raise

    40-60min walk


    Sunday
    40-60min walk
