Weights vest

    :confused:I know there are loads of ways to add weight for pulls, chins, dips, press-ups etc, but can anyone recommend the best weights vest for doing all of the above?

    I use a dumbell between my ankles for chins and pulls at the moment, and a dumbell between my legs for dips. Used to put plates in a bag for push-ups, but the gym I'm using at the moment has a major lack of heavier plates.

    I'd like something that can be used for everything, that is weight adjustable and that is as good a fit as possible so it doesn't end up in my face when I'm doing press-ups.

    I'd recommend a dipping belt. The problem with weighted vests are that they have a limited weight capacity. At least with the dipping belt you can add as much as you will probably ever need.

    As for press-ups, i'd advise making them more difficuly by simply elevating your feet first, then use press-up bars or rings to add more depth and instability respectively. You can also do plyo pushups, or wear a backpack of weight plates on your back.

    Yes dipping belt is a much better option
