    Hi Guys,

    After a stink with my back in hospital, i have now got the all clear to do some decent training in a gym but Im going in as a complete newbie. (I promise it was my back and not brain i got fixed :) )

    I just took out a membership in liffey vlley fitness and now looking for someone who into strength/muscle building training to workout with and learn form.

    Stats are:

    24
    5'8
    65kg

    Have been reading a lot of posts on here in relation to both diet and training, and trying to take on board all of what you saying but now just need help in putting it all in practice.

    Any help appreciated.
