    Hello

I am looking at buying weights for a home gym

Now I know there are sites like Irish lifting etc. with new equipment

However, bar buy and sell, gumtree, ebay, anyone know of any other place to buy a decent bench and olympic bar etc.

Now I dont ant any of the benched that you can buy in Argo, I want a proper olympic bench

what should one pay for a decent 2nd hand bench ?

I was looking for a bike recently on adverts.ie and I seen weights, barbells and dumbells on there too in the sports and fitness equipment part. Not sure if they have what your looking for as I dont know anything about weights. Might be worth a look.

Equipment like that is built to last and you won't find it too much cheaper than you would to get it new.

I have a second hand bench press and some second hand weights at the moment, give me a pm or email and I will send you pictures.
