    Hi guys,

    I am planning on starting Psychology in Dublin Business School next year.

    I was just wondering, would I be eligable to transfer in second year to a different College to study Psychology?

    I do not want to have to pay for 3 years of college if I can help it, but Psychology is something I am deadset on doing, yet I don't have to points to get into a non-private college.
