Didn't know if to post this here or in the sports thread but I am looking for womanly advice so I chose here!!

Anyway went running this morning for the first time in ages and my sports bra doesn't seem to be doing its job very well!!!

Can anyone reccommend any good sports bras or just bras in general that give you the best support without being too expensive!!

    Thanks

    Sally

Shockabsorber Level 3 or 4 depending on your size and exercise intensity. I'd go with Shockabsorber, Level 4. I find it really good.

This is a good website: http://www.lessbounce.com/ great selection.

I just got this bra: http://www.lessbounce.com/acatalog/copy_of_Shock_Absorber_B109_in_pale_pink.html and it's amaaaazing support.

This one: http://www.lessbounce.com/acatalog/Shock_Absorber_B4246_Raspberry_Peach_Pump_Sports_Bra_-_level_2.html is also pretty good and is v flattering shape as it has padding.

Send on the link and if its OTT and I get fired as a result of looking at porn during work hours, then woe betide you. ;)

Shock Absorber Level 4 or Lessbounce Enell Bra. I just got an Enell bra recently and find it brilliant.

Freya do a great underwired one too for larger cups, can be ordered through Bravissimo.com. I switch between that and my soft cup Shock Absorber, both are great though in different ways.
