OMG, JEREMY STAUNTON started at out half.

(and actually put in a nice pass for the first try)

Let's see if he has his usual meltdown.

Right instead of making several threads for each match which doesn't involve a Irish province thought we could have just one to discuss on going matches.

At the moment Leicester beating Ospreys 5-0 with Irish man Johne Murphy making a superb finish when he should of been thrown into touch. Come on Tigers :D

Shít, just started one before I read this.

My favourite player JEREMY STAUNTON started at OH for Leicster.
Put in a nice pass, but missed two kicks already.

Ha we made the thread at the exact same time always happens. Yup his kicking from tee looks bad but from out of hand it seems decent. Anthony Allen having a storming starting already along with Moody.

In fairness neither Allen nor 12Trees were expected to start and consider that it's 12Tree's debut in a competitive match for Leicester aswell.

All falling apart now for us =/ Really do miss Murphy.

Lots of errors under the high ball have proved costly there alright.

Terrible pass by Staunton, picked up by Bowe to go under the posts 8-23 to the Ospreys.
Ospreys on for an away bonus point

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,601 ✭✭✭Marshy

Ospreys having a good spell after a dodgy start.

    Biggar playing well.

How many are they missing? I missed the start. Did Hipkiss have to pull out?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,894 ✭✭✭dreamer_ire

    Leicester 15 Ospreys 26 HT

Mauger, Matt Smith, Hipkiss and Ellis all pulled out so Allen Grindal, Armeninso and 12Tree's start.

Leicester not help by dire kicking should be letting Crane kicking at this stage ^^

    Half time - Lei 15 - 26 Sprays

Huge win here for the Sprays if they can hang on

Surprisingly open/good game. Remember this fixture at the same stage last year was a fairly low-scoring dour affair.

    Hope the Ospreys win.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,249 ✭✭✭Stev_o

Craig Newby replaces Allen in the centre, ugh this group could not get any worse.

76% possession for Leicester in the second half... you'd have to fancy them to take the game.

If the O's give away a penalty in this scrum....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,958 ✭✭✭✭RuggieBear

    draw

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,601 ✭✭✭Marshy

Lucky draw for Ospreys in the end. Leic were in on the wing there if your man passed!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,249 ✭✭✭Stev_o

12Trees should of passed it to Murphy there! Damn but delighted that we survived that getting 2 points from a match where we could of got 0 considering our difficulties. Newby is beyond a legend, a backrow surviving in the centre from 40 minutes against a top end team!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,881 ✭✭✭PhatPiggins

God I hate Jermey Stauton, has more talent then either O Gara or Sexton but never even came close to his best on a regular basis.

    What a waste

3 points. Leicester got the bonus point. Really wanted them to get the win at the end there. Nothing like a good comeback.

Can never understand points system :o Yeah brillaint comeback, but in terms of the HC it;s been a bit disappointing that only two matches have been in anyway decent (at least the ones on tv) the rest have been kick fests.

    Tigers-great game
    Munster-great game
    Ulster-good game
    Glasgow-decent enough

Compared to some of the poo we've seen in the GP and the ML this seaon I'll take the HC every week(please).

This match probably would have been the same if the O's had their front row and Leicester had their backs though. So we've found the solution to the amount of kicking in rugby. Kneecap all the best players.:P

No one saw the Ulster game wasn't live, Glasgow game would dry paint in a can terrible match.

Toulouse should win comfortably by 30 +
