    Hi All,

    I subscribed to meteor broadband to go in march this year. I had to pay a 100 Euro deposit to sign up for it, which is strange at all... They said the customer gets this back after half a year. This half year is now gone and I'm trying since 3 weeks to get my deposit back.
    Phoning the 1905 cust. support lead to referring me to the shop where I bought it. The shop referred me back to the 1905 phone line. This is already a ridiculous manner from this company.
    Since then I try to talk to a responsible person on the 1905 line, which is not possible. I'm always referred to another line where the phone is not being picked up.

    Additionally, the broadband to go service is not properly working since about 3 weeks. It's completely slow, often not working at all for hours.When I phoned the customer service, the person on the phone didn't listen, the first sentence he said was, that meteor doesn't has any network problems…. Without really listening, he stated it must be my computer, my firewall etc. When I tried to discuss this further he hang up!!!!!!!!!
    I'm really p*** off from meteor, their intention is obviously not to pay back the deposits and they don't seem to bother about their service anymore. It's unbelievable, does anybody made the same experience and has an idea how to solve this?
    Thanks a lot for answers!
    Tara

    This is not broadband , this is Midband.

    send an email to the email address in this document

    http://www.meteor.ie/rubylith/files/code_of_practice.pdf , that is Info@meteor.ie

    say "This is a Formal Complain" in the subject and include your phne and account number They have 10 working days

    You have 2 complaints

    1. Return of deposit as promised
    2. Faulty equipment .

    cc the email to info@comreg.ie

    Comreg = communications regulator
