hi im just looking for some input on this.

Ive recently lost 2stone and have been going to aquafit classes and going out walking alot to aid my weight loss.

Now with the dark wet evenings coming in i am looking for something to do indoors without going to the gym as i really do not like them at all. i also have trouble with my knees and need something that is low impact.

i read something about trampolining and was considering getting one of those small round ones and maybe using it for 45-60mins along with some weights to tone my arms too.

I would appreciate any opinions on this or has anyone any other exercise ideas that are low impact and not part of going to a gym? thanks in advance!:)

Hi there, if you would like more information on rebounding classes please give me a ring 0879723261. I am a rebounding instructor and run classes in the Ashbourne area. We spend 20 minutes on toning excercises also.
