Body fat issue

Hi there, Im looking for some advice on how to lower my body fat, or at least the appearance of it, over a short space of time.

I have an event coming up, it's been moved forward about a month, that will require me to be mostly naked. Now, I go to the gym regularly and have a decent amount of muscle on my frame, the problem is that I'm still carrying some fat from a 6 week holiday two months ago that I haven't really tried to shift yet. I reckon I'm around 15% bf at least so everything looks a bit 'blunt' as opposed to nice and cut and sharp. Im just wondering is there anyway to lower my body fat a bit or at least make myself appear more cut by next saturday?

what kind of event are you entering?

I know if you apply fake tan it makes you appear slightly more cut but nothing major.

If you are very desperate you could try extensive dehydration - however i would not advocate this at all due to the health risks and you could do yourself some serious damage.

really just pull out of this event and put your best into being in top shape for the next way and do it the healthy way

Not really an event as such, it's a photoshoot for a charity thing. Cant really pull out of it.

I'm looking alright I suppose but could do with a lower bodyfat %
