Please review my diet?

    Please review this if you have any opinions suggestions where i might make changes?

    My goal is to get heavier through significant Muscle gain! Would like to get up to 90Kg

    Height - (179) cm

    Weight - (82) Kg

    Age - 26

    Sex - Male

    Mon - Saturday

    Breakfast @ 9.00

    Porridge with mixed nuts, raisins etc Low fat milk

    Break @ 11.00

    Nuts & Fruit

    Lunch @ 13:15

    Sandwich or Roll, Wholemeal bread.

    Chicken/Ham/Turkey, with lettuce, carrots, Cheese, Mayo, Coleslaw, Peppers, a few crisps occasionaly.

    Break @ 16:00

    Fruit/Nuts

    Dinner @ 19:00

    2 Chicken Fillets, Vegetables, Stir in Sauce of some kind, Uncle Bens etc half a jar for each Dinner.

    Somedays Wholegrain Pasta with Stir in Sauce.

    I take a ON 100% Whey shake (Strawberry) with Skimmed Milk, and Glucose after a weights Session two nights a week.

    I only drink water during the day, Milk with breakfast and shakes.

    Ditch the skimmed milk and replace with Whole unpasteurised milk.
    Ditch the Glucose and replace with Full fat Mayonnaise.

    Ya i could change the Skimmed milk. Was tempted to just use water?

    You mean put a spoon of Mayonaise into the shake?

    drink some calories with every meal- whole milk, juice, whatever has calories, milk is best.
