Yoga for beginner

    Hey guys, many apologies if this is in the wring forum or you have heard a post similar to this 1million times but I am looking to start Yoga this winter. I am a student living in Dublin so basically looking for a reasonably affordable Yoga class for beginners that I can join? Preferably during late evening also as I am busy in lectures.

    Try your local VEC they often run yoga courses very reasonably.

    You say your a student, should see does your college run any, what college are you in can i ask?
