Building Upper Body Muscle - Tips Wanted

    How's it going lads,

    I've decided to focus on building up some upper body weight/muscle. I've been doing Triathlons for a few years but for some reason I've managed to gain weight on my legs and backside without seeing any real changes on my upper body. I've just bought a multigym (with pull down bar, leg press, pec deck & rowing) and I also have a set of dumbells so i'm wondering if anyone can give me tips on what workouts I should be doing and how often. Also any info on what I should be eating would be great. I have a huge appetite in spite of my lean upper frame. I don't want to put much more weight on my lower body so does this mean I should do more cardio etc?

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
