    just a quick question. can anyone suggest a good interval timer that can be used for HIIT.

    all nokia phones hav interval timers built in or a cheap stop watch would also do

    Yes, many phones have apps. Otherwise I have seen the "gymboss" timer as the most recommended specific device.

    My nokia phone has one.
    Its utterly useless.
    Only programmes 10 periods, and requires either that you hit a button or wait 10 to 15 sec between periods.

    There is an app Called Intervals which I got for the phone.
    It works, but I have yet to find time to figure out how to pay for it....:)

    Whats the Nokia app? don't think my phone has one.

    I downloaded afree java app called Roundtimer X which i think is really good and should be easy to find online. Should also work with almost all phones.

    I've got the gymboss and it works like a charm.
