So while I was over in the States this ad was on anytime id turn the tv on, so with a few mins to spare i have found it. The creator has taken the normal interval training and turned it upside down so you perform long bursts of maximum intensity exercises with short periods of rest, check out the links some of the results are amazing (if real)....

man i love that video - kicks ass!

I love it because it is really well produced and edited as for the workout well its like a body weight version of billy blanks tai bow classess which is not a bad thing.

Lets face it if the majority of people who go to a gym to faf about for an hour or two were to just do a workout like that would they be in wayyyy better shape?

Agreed. Lots of faffing at the gym. Lots.

Well today being international bench press and biceps curls day (as is every single monday) you will most likely see guys doing bench and biceps in your local gym today and then drink 4 protein shakes a day convinced thay need more chest exercises for their inner chest that is just letting them down.

The women are most likely still worried about getting big muscles so will do their cardio and 20mins on abs have another latte and say their friend is slim because she eats nothing rather than noticing that the friend hits the weights, does proper cardio and eats for the weight she wants to be and not man portions!

Now why do most people never get in the shape they want again?

cynical, but very true unfortunately ... its the ones who drink the four shakes and dont lift ANY weights that you need to watch out for!

man i have seen it for too long and have delt with too many people who promise me they are going to keep diet clean and train most days of the week only to hear excuses and then see them doing the same old crap in the gym.

I would love to see more people giving honest to god hard work in their training and diet and then realising how much better they feel and look and see this in my work daily but when i workout in a big gym it just makes me frustrated and sad to see so many people who say they want to look and feel better yet act in the complete opposite way.

I find the training part easy, diet kills me.

He forgot to mention the giant muffins with the latte! you can't possibly have a coffee with no cake, and sure with all the calories they burned off they deserve it ;)

Looks like some workout, shame about the "insanity" and "extreme" tags, and www.heychubby.com !, I expect many people might pass over it, like some people presume those ab rollout wheels are another useless gimmick. Suppose they need something to catch the eye.
