    on wendlers 5/3/1

    on the mil press workout the assisitance work is dips and chins, does anyone know if the dips are off parralel bars or a bench??

    it doesnt really matter, if you can do them off bars do em off bars, if you cant, do em off a bench, i believe wendler used bars for his.

    I can do em off bars but no way can i do 5x15 off them

    well i cant either but i still do em on bars! i currently able for around 3x8 and im gunning for 3x12

    yea im doin em on the bars do im only manageing 3x7 and then i do the other two sets off a bench
