Not quite sure what to put here, but here goes anyway, I'm 5'11 and 11 stone, basically I want to gain about another stone and just want to make sure I'm doing the right exercises. My diet isn't that great I don't think, I pretty much eat anything whenever I feel hungry.

Anyway I generally go to the gym Mon-Wed-Fri and have soccer training Tuesday and Thursday with a match on Sunday and Saturday off.

I break my work outs into 2 sections:

Bench presses, tricep dips, seated leg presses and dumbell shrugs one day; deadlifts, machine rows, shoulder presses and barbell curls the next. and so on.

I do 3 sets of 8 for each, my bench is 70kg and deadlift is 85kg. I'm not confident doing squats though because I always get a kink in one of my knees and my back isn't that strong.

Anyhow, basically I want to know if I'm doing the right exercises or if I should just eat more... ?

The exercises look good. You can always do dumbbell squats if you are worried about barbell ones. I would add in some pull-ups as well, maybe some stiff-leg deadlifts to work hams and glutes.
