    I wonder if I belong in this forum. I got up at 6:15 this morning, set out on my bike from Walthamstow, cycled to Ware and right now I'm having lunch in a cafe in Hertford. (I must be bonkers!)

    Still in bed. Woke up at 4pm yesterday and spent the day in bed. Will be in bed all day today. I have a sore throat though.... That's my excuse

    went to bed at 6 this morning, up at 12.

    Sleep pattern is wrecked even though I am ingesting very little
    caffeine:(
