If you need comforting, for whatever reason, what do you like to do? Foods, films, activities, list 'em here!

I love a cup of tea and biscuits, being sat by the heater and reading a good textbook.

Fair play to you, wish I could enjoy educating myself.
    But I don't, I'm too simple.

    Oh Chocolate.
Chocolate comforts me. And a hug.

    But mainly the ****

I can tell you're young, otherwise you would have said a blowjob.

You have grand times ahead of you, grand times indeed.

Most lads my age would have said blow job.

That's why I need to get out and stop posting on boards on Saturday nights.

Even when I've not been invited to a "good mate"'s birthday party

I like putting on pj's straight from the dryer and wrapping myself up in bed. Preferably with a cuddle buddy! :pac: And a cake!

For comfort? Talking to my wife. I like nursing pints in dingy pubs, sitting in the living room late at night, hearing the wind blowing howling against the balcony. Some good tunes as well.

Talking to someone who totally gets you, and lounging around the house doing a lot of nothing of a wet and windy weekend.

Also for some reason, The Toy Show! Don't even bother watching it, but I'm comforted to know it's on year in year out.

Comfort eating definitely works for me. But only fat drenched, calorie ridden, shockingly unhealthy food will do the trick.

    "I'm sad when I eat and I eat when I'm sad" - it's all a fat vicious circle :(

A stuffed dog that my mam and dad got me for christmas a few years back. It talks to me and makes me smile :)

Playing sad music on the piano. It's actually surprisingly therapeutic, you'd think it would make me sadder but it actually really distracts me and cheers me up.

And snuggles. I looooove snuggles :)

Dog and boyfriend cuddles. The dog cuddles slightly more :)
Love Actually (I am teh ghey I know)
    My parents' house
Snug clothes like fluffy socks, Pyjamas, dressing gown.
    Open fire.
Out walking on a crisp Autumn/Winter morning all wrapped up.

Loads of things. Dog cuddles definitely win though :)

Pets are great for comforting. Dogs are the best. The purity of their loyalty is something I always think of in wonderment.

Stop! you're making me remember my dog RIP! By the way rip wasn't her name, that stands for rest in peace. Had her for 15 years, miss her awfully. There was nothing like coming home and having the dog jump up on your lap straight away and fall asleep on you.

Strange one but I like the sound of someone using a hairdrier when I'm in bed. Puts me to sleep straight away.
