Hey folks,

Looking for 100 people to take a Paranormal Survey. Its only 10 questions long and shouldnt take more than 1.5minutes to answer.

The Dublin Paranormal Convention is on Saturday 7th of November and takes place in the Radisson SAS Royal Hoyel.

don't forget to point out that your results are not representative of the general population but only of the people who happen to visit the paranormal forum- who could be more likely to have had a paranormal experience in the first place and also that people who have had a paranormal experience might also be more likely to complete your survey.... and sorry if that comes across as patronising

Not patronizing at all.

Actually this is only one place this went up on. It was on facebook and twitter as well were most of the people I deal with have no interest in the paranormal in general. And in some cases people didnt even know I had an interest in the area. I'd say about 20-25% of the people who took it were from a paranormal background.

Anyway 131 people took the quiz so I got all the people I needed. I'll post up results tomorrow.

For me the most interesting result is question 6:

6. Has a friend or family member ever told you about a paranormal experience? Yes 94.0%

I've always said to those that tell me that the paranormal is a load of rubbish that if they dont believe I guarantee they have a friend or family member who's had an experience. Thats why I put the question in.

i am, of course, being pedantic here, but I dont understand how 67.7% claim to have had a paranormal experience, but 69% would like to have one. If you already had one, then you wouldnt need to like to have one, so instead of 69% shouldnt that figure be more around 23.3%?

Liked how one of the questions asks where your paranormal experience took place. That's sure to provide some interesting results overall. Nice touch

This is still going grat. I took note of the results at 300 and cleared them to fix the survey (1 question had to be written off for an error on my part) but its all working perfect now and the results are very interesting!

Would be grewat if epople could do it and let friends know about it.
