Rowing Machine

Im pretty unfit at the moment but have been doing some aerobic lately.

    And i am very overweight.

I do about 22 km cycling (45min) at the moment about 3 times a week.

But I was thinking of introducing a bit of the rowing machine I find it very tough. I can only do 7 min low intensity atm.

I was just wondering what length of time do most people spend on the rowing machine when they use it? (low intensity)

I hate doing weights so I want to stick to aerobic exercise atm.

And is the rowing machine good for weight loss?
