Wrist Strenghtener

Hi,
does anyone know of anywhere in Ireland that sells this wrist strenghtener?

I'm looking for something compact like this and adjustable.
When purchased online, the delivery costs are quite high compared to the price of the product

The COC is for grip though, not specifically wrists. DX have a cheapo version of the OP's device. ~€10 delivered

Some reviews say bits broke off it, but so did reviews on amazon for the everlast one.

You could try these, go easy though, start on knees or against a wall.

Thanks B-Builder. As rubadub has said above I am trying to find a product that will improve wrist and forearm strength rather than grip, although I guess they are not mutually exclusive. Thanks for the suggestion, if haven't tried the type of product you referred to before, but should the wrist strenghtener turn out to be useless I might try one

The only specific wrist work I do is sledgehammer levering. The leverage puts a lot of strain on the wrist. It is easy to adjust the resistance simply by changing where you grip the handle.
