Medicine Balls in Crunch

    Hey guys

    I was just wondering if anyone uses medicine balls in crunch, templebar? It's just I always presumed they didn't have any as there are none on display and when I asked the girl said they didn't. But I saw one lying in the free weights area the other day, I was thinking maybe they're just used for classes or something? If that's the case then surely members should be able to use them in their own time? I've seen ankle weights lying around there too the odd time and they'd be really useful to me if I knew where to get them.

    It just irritates me a little because the steps are held in the classes studio too in there and if I need to use one and there's a class on I have to disrupt the class to go get it. I had a look for the medicine balls in there the other day but couldn't see any.
